Shipping & Delivery Times
Please note, delivery dates mentioned below are including handling time from warehouse which may take 1-3 business days.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive e-mail with a tracking link.
Depending on a courier, the link might not be active within the first 2 business days.
Please note that customs duty may apply to specific countries and vary according to the order.
Cancellation before order shipping
Unfortunately, it is only possible to cancel your order, if it has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse.
If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email with subject line “CANCEL ORDER”:

EU VAT & Customs information
Orders delivered to EU countries are following the rules of the VAT One Stop Shop scheme. When ordering goods for delivery outside of EU, VAT will not be collected. Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which Unleash Copenhagen ApS cannot accept liability.
The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Import fees for orders received in United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland will be covered by Unleash Copenhagen ApS.
Orders
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Returns
Returns Rights
If you change your mind about an item, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note, that Unleash does not offer free returns. In such case, you are welcome to choose a local courier.
How to return an item
1. Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original package.
2. Fill out the return form and include it in the parcel. Please make sure to write your full name and order no.

3. Send your parcel to the below address and remember to ask for proof of purchase incl. tracking number from the postal service.
Make sure to choose a business delivery option (not access point). We recommend GLS or UPS.

If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction in your refund.
Refunds
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange.
Breakage Guarantee
In the event that any Unleash products purchaged from Unleash Cph website or from an official Unleash Cph retailer within the periode of 2 years should accidentally break, we will replace an equivalent piece at no cost.

Damaged items or Complaints
If you have received a damaged item, bought on our website, or want to file a complaint, please write us on Julie@unleashcph.com If the product was purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the point of purchase directly.
